I should have known it was going to happen, but yet I still let it catch me off guard: people are now claiming that this Corona Virus (Wuhan, Virus, Chinese Virus, COVID-19, whatever) originated with God. It is said in several ways: God brought it to test us, mature us, judge us, etc. Whatever way people want to make God the originator of this deadly disease, beloved, Scripture says that God is NOT THE AUTHOR OF SICKNESS. DISEASE, AND VIRUSES.
And before anyone starts responding with a string of Scripture passages that APPEAR to teach that God inflicts sickness, please read my book, "The Permissive Sense."
