The Bible makes it clear that Satan has POWER (2 Thess. 2:6-9; Rev. 13:11-15). However, Jesus has taken away any AUTHORITY the devil had (Heb. 2:14-15; Matt. 28:18; Rev. 1:18).
Moreover, Jesus has given authority over the devil and his power to YOU (Luke 10:17-20). AUTHORITY TRUMPS POWER!!! Satan cannot operate in power when you exercise your God-given authority.
